Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

**No Return Policy for Fancy Glamwear Personalized Loungewear**

Please read our no return policy carefully before making a purchase:

1. **Customized Orders:** Since some of our loungewear is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items—unless there’s a mistake or defect on our part. We appreciate your understanding and promise to make it right if there’s ever an issue with your custom order.

2. **Quality Check:** We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping out every order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. **Size Concerns:** Make sure to refer to our size guide before placing an order to avoid any sizing issues. We are not liable for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, so please double-check your measurements.

4. **Change of Mind:** Unfortunately, personalized orders are not eligible for returns due to change of mind or if the product does not meet your expectations for color, fabric, or design. To ensure you’re happy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order.

5. **Refunds:** Refunds will be issued only in cases where a manufacturing defect, error on our part is confirmed or for a NON-PERSONALIZED ITEM. Once your return is received or inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
